Our team
We are a tax and accounting consultancy based in Bucharest. We work with Romanian companies and with foreign businesses operating in Romania: we keep their books, file their tax returns and support them with VAT registration, company incorporation and tax audits.
Our team includes chartered accountants who are members of CECCAR, tax advisers registered with the Romanian Chamber of Tax Advisers (CCF) and ACCA members. They have worked for Big Four firms and in the tax departments of multinational companies. We cover every tax and every filing obligation: D300, D390, D394, SAF-T (D406), Intrastat, e-Invoicing (e-Factura), e-Transport, payroll and employee reporting.
Part of our work runs on software we built in house for tax returns, e-invoicing and transport declarations. This keeps our fees competitive, and clients who prefer to file on their own can get access to the same tools.
